Holiday Remembrance Service
Our annual Holiday Remembrance Service is held the Thursday before Thanksgiving. This community service is to honor and remember family members who have died during the past year. Area churches rotate hosting this event. Various clergy members participate in this beautiful and meaningful candlelight service.
Christmas Cards
Each Christmas season the families we have served during the year are remembered with a card of remembrance.
New Beginnings
This after-care program is a series of publications designed to help begin the transition through the grief process.
Lift up Thine Eyes
Published by Contemporary Concepts, a personalized memorial volume of comfort entitled "Lift up Thine Eyes" is funded by caring people in the community. Each of our families receives one copy of this beautiful book of inspiration. We appreciate our local sponsors for enabling us to offer this gift.
Gift of Memory
Beginning in the holiday season of 2001, we invited all in the community who have lost a loved one to remember them by purchasing a gift in their memory for distribution to the less fortunate. These gifts are brought to our funeral home in Carmi; our family then makes the deliveries. We hope this will or has become a tradition for your family along with ours.
