Victoria P. Coleman
Victoria P. Coleman, age 84, formerly of Florissant, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at her home. She was born November 7, 1926, in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of Louis and Josephine (Rapazzo) Silvestri. She married Joseph Coleman in 1960 in St. Louis, MO and he preceded her in death July 2, 2010. Victoria was an artist and East Coast socialite. She worked as a bookkeeper in the photography industry and was a member of St. Angela Merici in Florissant, MO.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Mary Coleman of Carmi, IL, and Calvin and Sue Waver of Florissant, MO; three grandchildren, Cheri, Casey, and Anastasia; three step-grandchildren, Julie, Raymond, and Katherine; and seven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Joseph.
A private family burial will be held at a later date at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant, MO. Local arrangements have been provided by Stendeback Family Funeral Home/Kittinger-Fair in Carmi. Condolences may be left on-line by visiting www.kittinger-fairfuneralhome.com.
